PetBacker is a pet service platform allowing pet owners to safely hire
trusted sitters, dog walkers, or other providers. The idea of redesigning the app was to create
a more intuitive and user-friendly experience, making it simpler and easier for users to find
the service they need.
Currently, there are a lot of shortcomings in usability, and its interface is outdated and
lacks basic functionality. Based on the navigation and how the users interact with the different
elements, the new design includes a better and more modern user interface, prioritizing
functionality and experience.
